Enrolling Individuals, families, and small businesses and their employees in free and affordable health insurance statewide. We've got you covered.
CSS was selected by the New York State Department of Health to lead a “navigator” network to help New Yorkers and small businesses shop for and enroll in health coverage through NY State of Health: The Official Health Plan Marketplace. We have partnered with 18 community-based organizations and small business-serving groups to serve 54 of New York’s 62 counties and guide residents through new health insurance options under the Affordable Care Act.
